A:It's depending on the printing method, the moq for heat transfer printing is 100yards,for silk screen printing is 1000yards ( but you can choose 10 different colors，each color 100 yards)
Q:What's the best price of the custom order?
A:It depends on the quantity of your order, the higher the quantity, the better the price will be!
Q:I have a design, what file format do you need?
A:Design in Adobe ilustrator format would be appreciated. If your file has a cyclical drawing, then it's okay. But your file must be as clear as possible when it was enlarged.
Q:How to confirm the printing colors, do you mean the Pantone?
A:Usually, we use our ribbon color charts as the standard printing colors. and the color chart can be sent if it's necessary. Of course, pantone colors are also available
Q:Which carrier are you using for shipping?
A:DHL And FedEx for most countries, it will cost 3-7 days.
Q:Is there any other fees I need to know about?
A:Heat transfer printing does not require a mold fee, but silkscreen printing does.For example:There are 4 colors in your design,each printing color needs one mold,so the total is $40.00.
Q:When will the order be shipped, after I doing the payment?
A:Date of the sample confirmation: 1- 4 workdays,Date of the mass printing: 3-5 workdays. So it will take 2-7 workdays to ship your goods after you paid the order.
Q:Shall I send a deposit until it is ready to ship?
