1. Any paid order without detailed message of ribbon & printing color , we will make white ribbon with black printing and a random font as well directly. So if you want white ribbon with black printing , buyer only needs to write the name , texts or logo only in your order.
2.We don't identify ribbon colors by names . So buyers have to choose a ribbon number from our list , otherwise we will print on a color of the buyer given name in our opinion
3. For repeat orders , buyer can make a new order directly , better to write us ” same as last order” , we have the records of the previous orders. If it's not a repeat order but new printing details , buyers have to contact us before placing order as well . otherwise a new order without message , we will make it same color combination & printing contents as last order even the sizes are different.”

This link is for for custom printing order only , buyer needs to contact us before placing order or make payment, we will make a sample or mockup, , any paid order without contact us in advance , we will print with your given Partial or Full information directly . Won't send any sample or mock-up for buyer to confirm.
2. Please be ware of that sample or mock-up for preview only , physical printed ribbon may be different in colors or designs .

3.Changing of printing contents or Cancelling order are non-acceptable for any paid order . Please make everything confirmed before making payment.
4 .Due to differece of monitor and photography , there may be color difference among color chart ,mockup , and physical ribbon .Anyone we can't accept , please don't make order . Otherwise we don't accept refund or return goods for color difference reason.
5. Regarding making wrong order : as along as the sample , we will confirm with buyer with the Ribbon width and Gilding/Printing. Please make sure ordering same as we offered . There is golden & silver in both printing &gilding options . so we will make same your ordered , not sample shown directly.
